We understand that when shopping online, you might encounter situations where the size or style doesn't suit you. drjaybrown offers a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free: 

Return and Exchange Period:

You can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days after receiving the goods (based on the time of delivery receipt). Special promotional items may have different policies. Please refer to the product page for details. 

Return and Exchange Conditions:

The goods must be in brand new condition, unworn and unsoiled, with the original labels and packaging. Underwear, swimwear, earrings and other items that are close-fitting are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene concerns. 

Return and exchange process:

Contact the customer service for a refund. 

Refund method:

The refund will be returned to your payment account in its original form. For credit card payments, it may take 3 to 10 working days to be credited, and the exact time depends on the issuing bank. 

Return shipping fee:

For returns due to product quality issues or incorrect shipment, we will cover the shipping cost. In other cases, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. 

Return Policy:

We offer one free return service (limited to the same style but different sizes or colors). If you need to exchange other items, it is recommended to return them and place a new order. 

International order returns and exchanges:

International returns and exchanges may incur customs duties, and this portion of the cost cannot be refunded. It is recommended that international customers carefully confirm the size and style before placing the order. 

Handling of defective products:

If you receive a product with defects or one that significantly deviates from the description, please contact the customer service within 48 hours after signing for the package. We will give priority to handling it. 

Final Interpretation Rights:

drjaybrown reserves the right to adjust the return and exchange policies in special circumstances, but will announce in advance and ensure fairness and reasonableness.
