Delivery Exclusions

6. Delivery Issues & Resolution
Failed Deliveries
Couriers will attempt delivery once and leave a notification card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Uncollected packages are held at the courier’s depot for 7 business days (UK) or 12 business days (international) before being returned to Iasdada. If your package is returned, we will email you to offer a discounted re-delivery (£2.90 for UK orders) or a full refund (minus original shipping fees).
Lost or Damaged Items
- Lost Packages: Notify us if your order does not arrive within 14 business days (UK) or 28 business days (international) of dispatch. We will launch a priority investigation with our courier and offer a full refund or free replacement (your choice) within 48 hours of confirming the loss.
- Damaged Items: If your denim skirt is torn, cardigan stretched, shoes scuffed, or hair accessories broken, send clear photos of the damage and the original packaging to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return (pre-paid global label) and process your replacement or refund within 24 hours—no complicated paperwork required.
Address Modifications

For orders already in transit, a £3.80 redirection fee applies (charged by the courier), and we will confirm if redirection is possible before proceeding.
7. Customs & Import Information
For international orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total. Iasdada provides a detailed customs declaration with every international order, listing each item’s value, material, and origin (United Kingdom) to facilitate smooth clearance. Iasdada is not liable for customs delays, seized packages, or refused deliveries due to unpaid fees.
