These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between iasdada (“we”, “us”, “our”)—a Birmingham-based women’s casual fashion brand specializing in denim skirts, cardigan sweaters, shoes, and hair accessories—and you (“you”, “Customer”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the iasdada official website (the “Website”), all related digital services, and the purchase of our products (collectively referred to as the “Products”), including denim skirts, knit cardigans, casual shoes, and decorative hair accessories. By browsing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, which are integral parts of this agreement. If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services and refrain from purchasing any Products.

iasdada is dedicated to providing stylish, comfortable, and versatile casual fashion for women, rooted in Birmingham’s vibrant urban culture. Our curated product range focuses on everyday essentials with a touch of charm: soft, cozy knit cardigans for layering, trendy yet durable denim skirts for casual outings, comfortable and fashionable casual shoes for all-day wear, and elegant hair accessories to elevate any outfit. We are committed to delivering a seamless and enjoyable customer experience, including: detailed product descriptions (fabric quality, sizing guides, care instructions, and styling tips) tailored to each category; efficient order processing with timely updates; secure payment options; reliable domestic and international delivery; and attentive after-sales support for product fit, quality, and care inquiries.
We reserve the right to update our Product collection, add new styles, or modify existing items at our sole discretion. Such changes will not retroactively affect the validity of existing, fully paid, and confirmed orders. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all Product information (descriptions, imagery, sizing, and pricing), minor variations may occur due to production batches, fabric differences, screen display calibration, or handcrafted details (especially for hair accessories and knitwear). These minor variations are not considered product defects and do not entitle you to compensation, replacement, or a refund.
2. Customer Eligibility & Responsibilities
To use our services or purchase Products from iasdada, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only access our services with the prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will assume full legal responsibility for all transactions, returns, disputes, and any other obligations arising from your use of our services.
When creating an account (if applicable) or placing an order, you agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, valid email address, contact phone number, complete and accessible delivery address, and legitimate payment details. You accept full responsibility for any losses, delivery delays, failed deliveries, or disputes that result from providing false, incomplete, or outdated information.
You are prohibited from engaging in any conduct that violates these Terms, applicable UK laws, or ethical business practices, including but not limited to: (a) Submitting fraudulent orders, using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or initiating improper chargebacks; (b) Tampering with the Website’s security, uploading malicious content, or disrupting the normal operation of our services; (c) Reselling, distributing, or commercializing our Products for profit without our explicit written permission; (d) Infringing upon our intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product designs, and Website content) or violating the privacy of other Customers; (e) Using our services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
3. Account Management & Security
Creating a user account is optional for one-time purchases but is required to access personalized features, such as order tracking, saved delivery addresses, purchase history, exclusive promotional offers, and personalized product recommendations. If you create an account, you are solely responsible for protecting your login credentials (username and password) and all activities conducted under your account. You must notify our customer service team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, suspicious activity, or potential security breaches.
We implement robust security measures—including end-to-end data encryption, secure login authentication, and regular security audits—to protect your account information and personal data. However, we shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to your failure to safeguard your credentials, or security breaches caused by third-party factors (such as phishing attacks, external malware, or unauthorized device access) that are beyond our reasonable control.
4. Order Placement, Acceptance & Contract Formation
Submitting an order via the Website constitutes a formal offer by you to purchase the specified Products in accordance with these Terms. We will send an automated “Order Receipt” email to your provided email address within 5 minutes of receiving your order—this email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance or form a binding contract.
A legally binding contract between you and iasdada is formed only when we issue an “Order Confirmation & Dispatch Update” email. This email verifies the availability of the ordered Products, confirms successful payment processing, and provides details of the expected dispatch date and tracking information (consistent with our Shipping Policy). We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order at our sole discretion if: (a) Any ordered Product is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable due to unforeseen supply chain issues; (b) There is a material error in pricing, product description, or imagery; (c) We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment, or a violation of these Terms; (d) The delivery address is invalid, incomplete, or inaccessible to our logistics partners; (e) We are unable to verify your identity or payment details.
If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the full order amount to your original payment method within 1 business day, with no deductions or additional charges. You may cancel an unshipped order by contacting our customer service team with your order number and registered email address; once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and you must follow our returns process outlined in Section 7.
5. Pricing, Payment & Tax Compliance
All Product prices displayed on the Website are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) in full compliance with UK tax legislation. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location, order weight, and selected shipping method, with a clear breakdown provided on the checkout page for your review and confirmation before completing payment (further details can be found in our Shipping Policy). For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply—these are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the Product price or shipping cost.
We may adjust Product prices from time to time due to changes in raw material costs (e.g., denim, knit fabric, shoe materials), market fluctuations, or seasonal promotional activities; however, any price adjustments will not apply to orders for which an “Order Confirmation & Dispatch Update” email has already been issued. Full payment must be completed at the time of order placement using one of our accepted secure payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or Apple Pay). All payment transactions are processed through encrypted third-party payment gateways, and we will never store your full payment card details. If your payment is declined or fails to process, your order will not be processed, and we will notify you promptly to assist with resolving the issue.
6. Product Care & Usage Responsibility
Each Product category comes with tailored care instructions, which are included with your order and available on the Website: (a) Denim skirts: Wash inside out, avoid harsh detergents, and air dry to preserve color and shape; (b) Cardigan sweaters: Hand wash or gentle machine wash, lay flat to dry, and avoid bleaching to maintain softness; (c) Shoes: Clean with a soft cloth, avoid excessive moisture, and store in a cool, dry place; (d) Hair accessories: Handle with care, avoid pulling or twisting, and store in a dust bag to prevent damage. You are responsible for following these category-specific care guidelines. We shall not be liable for any damage caused by improper care, including but not limited to fading, shrinkage, stretching, fabric deterioration, or breakage of accessories.
Normal wear and tear from regular use is not considered a product defect. If you receive a Product that is damaged during delivery, you must report the damage to our customer service team within 36 hours of receipt, along with photographic evidence, to qualify for a replacement, refund, or repair. We shall not be liable for damages incurred due to accidental misuse, alteration, or repair of Products by third parties.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from iasdada. You may return eligible Products for a full refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met: (1) The Products are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (no snags, stains, creases, or alterations); (2) All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and unaltered (including shoe boxes and hair accessory dust bags); (3) You can provide valid proof of purchase (order number or “Order Confirmation & Dispatch Update” email); (4) For shoes, the soles are free of scuffs or damage; for hair accessories, there is no sign of wear or breakage.
The following Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: (a) Personalized or custom-made items; (b) “Final Sale” items (clearly marked as such on the Website, with discounts of 50% or more); (c) Products damaged due to improper use, washing, or storage; (d) Hair accessories that have been worn or tampered with; (e) Shoes with scuffed soles or damaged packaging; (f) Products with removed tags or altered packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. This number must be clearly printed on the outer packaging of the returned items—returns without a valid RA Number will not be accepted or processed. You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the Products, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect size, color, or Product; defective stitching, fabric, or accessory). In such cases, we will reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs upon verification of the error.
We will inspect returned Products within 2 business days of receipt. If the return meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 4 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. For exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement Product once the returned item has been approved and inspected, and we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement (in line with our standard shipping terms).
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights associated with iasdada—including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product designs (denim skirt styles, cardigan patterns, shoe designs, hair accessory designs), Website content (text, images, videos, graphics), and software—are exclusively owned by iasdada or our authorized licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website and its content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, display, publish, or exploit any of our intellectual property rights in any form or for any purpose. This includes, but is not limited to: (a) Using our Product images or content for commercial advertising, social media promotion, or resale activities; (b) Copying or imitating our product designs (e.g., denim skirt cuts, cardigan patterns) for production or distribution; (c) Reposting or republishing Website content on third-party platforms; (d) Using our brand name or logos without authorization. If you believe that any content on our Website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact our customer service team with detailed evidence, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law, iasdada shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of our services or purchase of Products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, or emotional distress, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort (including negligence), or other legal theories.
Our total liability for direct damages resulting from a breach of these Terms or our negligence shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Products that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Minor product variations that do not affect the wearability or functionality of the Products shall not constitute liability.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
We process your personal data in strict compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and other relevant data protection legislation.
